So, the next time you're going to put off caring for yourself because ______ needs _______... Make ME-TIME. Not excuses! Enjoy!

Insomnia is a pain in the ass. It's 3:17 am and you're awake for no good reason. You know you can't go back to sleep so you angrily start planning your day which is gonna start in a couple hours.
