I've gotten into the routine of activating my pelvic floor during seated meditation/breathwork in order to facilitate awareness to my prostate and really juice up my lower pelvic muscles. Not only does this get me feeling deeply connected to my body. but it also turns up the sensitivity and pleasure when playing with my ass. This video starts just after I had activated my root for about 30mins — a seated practice of smooth steady breath, focus on my pelvic floor, and doing my best to hold and lock my root chakra or pelvic floor.
