I’ve never had the time in life to effectively deal with my emotions and the struggles I’ve been through, so unhealthy foods have always been a quick fix to distract me from what’s real so that I can move forward with life at the speed in which others have always expected of me. Please don’t be saddened or turned away from watching, I just wanted to let you know that if you yourself have dealt with anything like this that you are not alone and we still have time to start improving our mental health and giving ourselves the love, care, and patience that we have always deserved. Remember to love yourself today. You are worthy of the ultimate universal love. This is a body that has been through a lot, but I am still here and still beautiful and still deserving of pleasure and excitement and so are you.
