I went on a long run in the chilly weather and felt so tingly and invigorated after I just had to give myself some extra love, release and release is a beautiful feeling. Happy December;)

This is the last video we made before we broke up. i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. I've been noticing how sexy I feel while im doing yoga, how connected with myself I feel. I start with some deep stretching and breathing, then move onto to some deep, messy pleasure.
