Life is a complex adventure. I am approaching a half century of age and reflecting on the past several years. I have become partially disassociated from my physical body and I am making efforts to change that. Self love is an important part of the process. This video is a relatively quiet and gentle exercise with some light edging. Please join me in worshiping your own body.
Spring time has started to warm the world and seasonal depression is shedding its external layer. Driving around for work today I became increasingly frisky. Decided to pull over, take things into my hand, and get a bit risky. Pull over and come with me.
