It was the first legitimately sticky warm summer day in our neck of the woods. We'd been languishing out in the hammock and getting all lethargic in the afternoon heat. We ventured up one of the mountains on our island for a panoramic backdrop to our picnic friskiness. K’s new glasses & coveralls really complimented the country splendour. We had some pleasurable slishy fun, and the animal spirits seemed to approve of our energy as on our way back, hoping to catch a fleeting sight of a feral goat or two (the ones here are stealthy and vanish into nature at the snap of a twig like little four legged elvish folk), we found the whole extended fam taking in the languid afternoon views as well.
