We ventured up one of the mountains on our island for a panoramic backdrop to our picnic friskiness. K’s new glasses & coveralls really complimented the country splendour. We decided to shoot a second angle of our near-solstice rooftop tryst, this one lower to the ground to capture more of a sunset backlit silhouette of our yum times. See if you can spot the moment where G realizes there people in the next building over taking in the sunset and hence looking right at us ;)

The suitcase backdrop in this cozy little place we found made us wistful for further travel and was too good not to film something in. We checked in and opened a bottle of wine and planned on some mellow cuddly canoodling, ended up having far more energy after a day of driving than anticipated. It was the first legitimately sticky warm summer day in our neck of the woods. We'd been languishing out in the hammock and getting all lethargic in the afternoon heat.
