Spa Day

If this month that we celebrate it inspires you toward more clear and connected times of self-pleasure, I can't recommend highly enough doing so outside. It was the first legitimately sticky warm summer day in our neck of the woods. We'd been languishing out in the hammock and getting all lethargic in the afternoon heat. We've been travelling a lot as of late (within Canada of course), and part of this was staying with some dear friends who just bought a house!
