We ventured up one of the mountains on our island for a panoramic backdrop to our picnic friskiness. K’s new glasses & coveralls really complimented the country splendour. We had some pleasurable slishy fun, and the animal spirits seemed to approve of our energy as on our way back, hoping to catch a fleeting sight of a feral goat or two (the ones here are stealthy and vanish into nature at the snap of a twig like little four legged elvish folk), we found the whole extended fam taking in the languid afternoon views as well. Our first trip to Maui together this spring marked the beginning of our lives together and a new chapter of adventure, as we were happily engaged on top of a waterfall on Hale Akua's retreat and garden property. We've been travelling a lot as of late (within Canada of course), and part of this was staying with some dear friends who just bought a house! This submission is a lovely winters evening at home spending quality time together cleaning the house, giving and receiving back rubs and of course the hanky panky.
