With the release from lockdown (no. 3) we escaped to a caravan on the Cornish coast for a well-earned holiday with some sun (hopefully – it is England after all), sea and sex (when the children are asleep). Remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health and spending time with your loved ones and sharing love with them helps with that especially in this uncertain time.
