Frostberry made a new year's resolution to "git fit" and work out almost every day of the year. It is hard work, and she sometimes struggle to get started. It was late evening but our energy was not fully depleted. We repositioned the couch slightly and attempted an exercise of fitness with some weird position using the dancing pole as support.
