We ventured up one of the mountains on our island for a panoramic backdrop to our picnic friskiness. K’s new glasses & coveralls really complimented the country splendour. We had some pleasurable slishy fun, and the animal spirits seemed to approve of our energy as on our way back, hoping to catch a fleeting sight of a feral goat or two (the ones here are stealthy and vanish into nature at the snap of a twig like little four legged elvish folk), we found the whole extended fam taking in the languid afternoon views as well. We DID it! After almost two years of visioning and prepping, we now live in our 8x18 Tiny Home in the gulf islands just off the coast of BC Canada. Once settled we took a ferry back over to Vancouver Island for some good food, microbrews & explores. We managed to (if I do say so) quite artfully backlight the lower bunk bed of a place we were recently staying in.
