Had a nice quickie earlier this morning with my wife and during lunch after a stressful 2 months at work, I wanted to take some time for self love and rub a couple out. Last time I did the shower and then time I wanted to in bed where the room is a bit warmer with the sun out.

It's tough when you don't have complete freedoms one is used to - I am choosing to be positive about my rediscovery while also taking my time to heal and get back to 100% (expected) in due time. One thing remains though to be sure. I'm still wanting to engage sexual, even if there are temporary and permanent changes!
