How do you even use this?

Frostberry was busy researching some mildly interesting subject online, it is always a good time to learn new things! But it is also a rather stationary activity so JePenne provided some much needed butt aerobics! After I (Frostberry) had taken the life altering decision to let my body mind its own hormonal levels after 13 years of interference, it came as a surprise to us both that certain cycles were suddenly working better than intended!
