All Tied Up in Shibari Bliss

Our first experience with Shibari (Japanese Rope Bondage) was a success! At least we feel like it was based on watching the footage back & seeing some of K’s more creative facial expressions. It was a nice communicative practice whilst getting everything woven into position, and shudders of pleasure reverberate differently when bound in place. We recommend the ropes to one & all! We ventured up one of the mountains on our island for a panoramic backdrop to our picnic friskiness. K’s new glasses & coveralls really complimented the country splendour. This is EASILY my favorite thing we've made so far :) not wanting to hike up to the ocean viewpoint in the midday heat meant we got there with perfect timing to bask in the late afternoon glow, which we keep breaking the fourth wall mid-hump to gush over lol. We decided to shoot a second angle of our near-solstice rooftop tryst, this one lower to the ground to capture more of a sunset backlit silhouette of our yum times. We DID it! After almost two years of visioning and prepping, we now live in our 8x18 Tiny Home in the gulf islands just off the coast of BC Canada. Once settled we took a ferry back over to Vancouver Island for some good food, microbrews & explores. We ended up finding a little low tide cave on Mystic Beach to get sweaty & slishy and sandy and welcome each other carnally to the coast :) I'm not joking in the intro vid, just around the next rock outcropping is a monk who keeps his saffron robes resplendent and lives simply in a small tent. He smiled at us in a knowing way on our trot back from the cave. We're all out here expressing deep nature adulation in our own way. Next video will be our first filmed in the loft of our tiny home. Maui. Little Beach. Sunset. Hightide. Whales. Aloha.

It was the first legitimately sticky warm summer day in our neck of the woods. We'd been languishing out in the hammock and getting all lethargic in the afternoon heat. It was nice and cool in the kitchen when we came inside so it seemed like a highly logical place to make things hot & sticky again :)
