Tantric Trample 2

Time alone is a rare, blissful treat, so this morning I took a few minutes to commune with my pleasure. For almost nine minutes, my body barely moves as I narrow my focus to a single point just beneath my fingers. Join me for the ride.

When I worship myself, I take my time. I slowly savor the feel of my skin beneath my hands. I take my time expressing gratitude for every part I touch. I patiently offer myself blessings of acceptance. And my time is well spent. At the peak of my worship, the purest pleasure washes over me again and again. Hubby and I love the power struggle of edging together. When it comes to being a working parent, there’s not a lot of down time. If you don’t schedule intentional breaks, it’s easy to end up tending to everyone else’s needs but your own.
