I went on a long run in the chilly weather and felt so tingly and invigorated after I just had to give myself some extra love, release and release is a beautiful feeling. Happy December;)

After a particularity hot day up here in Canada, I got home from the beach after some sun and lots of time in the ocean and I was feeling super horny. There’s been a lot going on for me lately, I discovered I have ovarian cysts last week and emotionally things have tumultuous so I haven’t been in the mood much lately but today I was feeling it! It’s my birthday today :) I’m in beautiful Baja California Sur, one of my favourite places on earth with two of my favourite people, maplesyrup and her cutie! They went surfing and I suddenly felt super turned on and the light was beautiful and perfect. Let’s celebrate my birthday together :)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I feel like the world has gone crazy lately, and between trying to detach from the news and the chaos of the world while also trying to stay informed I realized I haven’t posted a video in a while! We just got a new espresso machine and we’ve been loving it! We slept in and made a coffee and then decided to fuck all over our kitchen. I guess you can say the coffee really jazzed us up ;)
