Playtime

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I filmed this before Christmas. After a swim in the ocean and sauna I felt super relaxed and contemplative on the rainy day it was. It was pretty wet outside… but I got wetter ;)
