I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! If you notice me looking over my shoulder a lot it’s because my boss is in my eyeline. But maybe getting caught makes it all so much hotter though, right?

When I say chaotic guys, I mean it. First a family member almost walks in on me, then I get my period. I decided at the end to give a little life update, which marks the first time I speak in a video of mine, so this is a pretty personal one for me. This is as real as it gets. Hope you enjoy ;)
