So you guys, not gonna lie- I'm stressed. There's a lot changing in my life right now and sometimes like any human the pressure gets to me! It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately.
