Eventful lunch

Frostberry promised JePenne a nice evening ride, (to catch up on missed squats) but when the time came, Frostberry kept sucking! Knowing this would drastically reduce how long he could last, JePenne gently reminds her of her plan to get that little butt moving. ❤️

It was deep winter in northern Sweden, and sunlight in short supply. The best place to suck it up was our bedroom. Frostberry made a new year's resolution to "git fit" and work out almost every day of the year. It is hard work, and she sometimes struggle to get started. As JePenne watches her feebly wiggle her leg in the air he takes it as a sign that perhaps she needs some assistance, and promptly dashes to her rear! Exercise is so much easier with a personal trainer at your back! ^^
