2 Hands! No Waiting!

It is easy for the ❤️caregivers❤️ out there to pass yourself by so you can care for someone else. ☝🏾🤨BUT!! When you work 💪🏾hard and hit your ✊🏾physical 🚲fitness goals, 😁REWARDING YOURSELF IS MANDATORY!😁 Don't discount your progress, 🥳CELEBRATE IT! I just hit a major milestone, and I'm taking some 😈me-time🍆 to reward myself with a quick edging session in the 🧼shower🚿. I want to share it to show that self-care is wonderful, healthy, and your right as a loving human who cares for others! Using some better sound, new tech, and created a new tune just for the occasion. 😈Enjoy yourself 😈- ESPECIALLY when you've earned it! And as always, 🙏🏾thanks😊 for watching!

Insomnia is a pain in the ass. It's 3:17 am and you're awake for no good reason. You know you can't go back to sleep so you angrily start planning your day which is gonna start in a couple hours. I used to do that- NOW instead of lamenting my lack of sleep, I figure I may as well enjoy myself. Everyone else IS asleep, after all. Then 💡☝🏾😲 saaaay...another lighting idea, this time only the light of the monitor. I like the way the shadows appear… what do you think? I wanted to make it last, so I went nice and slow. Enjoy! "Dad, when is dinner?" "Honey? Can you come take out the trash please?" I made this video because I wanted to remind myself - (and share :) ) - that as providers and caregivers, we have the ability and the RIGHT to say the three most powerful words in your arsenal of self preservation: NOT. RIGHT. NOW. Take time for yourself! Not only is it healthy, it's NECESSARY. You can't pour from an empty vessel, and sometimes you just have to fill it yourself. Go ahead! :) You'll feel less stressed, more relaxed, and the trash will be right there where you left it when you're done. The world won't END in the next 5 minutes if dinner is a little late. So, the next time you're going to put off caring for yourself because ______ needs _______... Make ME-TIME. Not excuses! Enjoy!

I have been quite diligent in my 🏋🏾‍♀️gym-going💪🏾. I’ve learned that if you want your 🚴🏾body to let you torture it into shape, then you have to 😈pamper it 😈and enjoy it when you get the chance. 🤷🏾‍♂️Sometimes you eat dessert first… Enjoy yourselves, everyone!

This is a celebration of sorts. My health used to be a lot worse off that it is. I've lost almost 100 pounds 🏋🏾‍♀️🚴🏾🥋 and in so doing beat 🩸diabetes💉. Metformin is a distant memory! So when I say enjoy your self? I mean ENJOY. 🫵🏾🤨YOUR. SELF. If you take care of your body and it is still upright and functioning? Be 🥳thankful😌 and reward it for doing such good work! This is my reward: the confidence to sit and be JUST ME and feel as comfortable in my own skin whether or not people are watching me. And I know you're watching me... which makes this even better for me! Figured I'd get right to the edge and... well... you'll see. May your confidence feel as 😈🍆sexy🍆😈 as mine! ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!

Digging through old 🧦drawers clearing out space for our new sex room, and I find this thing. I honestly forgot I ordered this or why I put it in the drawer in the first place. Well, it turns out 🍆'one size fits all' doesn't apply here. 🙄🤨 Yes, I'm too big. Without ego, you can see: I'm not exactly the smallest man. This poor thing struggled to keep up upon receipt - hence being banished to the drawer. *shrug* Alright then... let's see if it still works. *spoiler: it doesn't* Enjoy yourselves, even if your toy breaks!
