getting back in our groove

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I spend a lot of time on my floor. Wether it be for meditation or yoga or on the floor a in nature. It’s one of my favourite spots to be. Watch me play with myself and roll around and get my beautiful rugged super wet ;)

I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days.
