getting back in our groove

We are in deep wintering up here in Canada, but the two of us are about to set off on different adventures for a month down south so we are savouring every bit of each other before we have to be parted for a little while. i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately.
