getting back in our groove

i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days.
