I spend a lot of time on my floor. Wether it be for meditation or yoga or on the floor a in nature. It’s one of my favourite spots to be. Watch me play with myself and roll around and get my beautiful rugged super wet ;)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. I am so excited to share this! For people who watch my videos, you know that the content I post has been almost always entirely solo for the last year or so. We are in deep wintering up here in Canada, but the two of us are about to set off on different adventures for a month down south so we are savouring every bit of each other before we have to be parted for a little while.
