The position of Danielle was made as comfortable as possible to give André and I a wonderful head. Danielle, André and I are deeply committed to an art quest. We share the decision making for the setup of our shootings. We discuss the place, the light, the costumes, the framing and a minimal script. Sex art statement I contributed more than one hundred videos to MLNP and this production was a life boat in a life where depression couldn't be cured despite hospitalisation and electrochocs. I have been deeply influenced by the photographic magazines my father bought mostly for the technical content as he was a professional photographer. These magazines contained academic nude which I found fascinating as early as 10 years old. I revered many surrealist artists such as Magritte, Dali and Paul Delvaux but I have also large collections of Picasso, Klimt and Van Gogh works (digital of course). I take great pleasure at the excellent pornography of Erika Lust, Petra Joy and Hegre. I also like the feminist pornography shown in Bellesa. Dorcel production are big budgets, but I like luxury setups. The motivation I have while producing videos for MLNP is not basic sexual instinct. It is an artistic intention. I want the viewer to feel different after watching my work. Babou and I rented a room in Charleroi Belgium at the occasion of a libertine party nearby. The room had a very lovely name : Zen au Lotus Bleu. Tintin et le Lotus Bleu is the title of one of the comics albums of Tintin and Snowy, the famous characters drawn by Herge. The name was exotic enough to trigger some creative thinking which for us means sex art. The light was perfect, we had all our gears for the party so it went very nice.
