So you guys, not gonna lie- I'm stressed. There's a lot changing in my life right now and sometimes like any human the pressure gets to me! So I decided to try and relax and unwind with some me time and self love. This one is a real wet one ;) sometimes in intense times in life we can forget how to appreciate ourselves and our beautiful vessels. This is me, reconnecting with myself and my body and letting go. I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! If you notice me looking over my shoulder a lot it’s because my boss is in my eyeline. But maybe getting caught makes it all so much hotter though, right?

I spend a lot of time on my floor. Wether it be for meditation or yoga or on the floor a in nature. It’s one of my favourite spots to be. Watch me play with myself and roll around and get my beautiful rugged super wet ;)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while!
