I am so excited to share this! For people who watch my videos, you know that the content I post has been almost always entirely solo for the last year or so. i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. Aaaaand we’re back! After a particularity hot day up here in Canada, I got home from the beach after some sun and lots of time in the ocean and I was feeling super horny. I went on a long run in the chilly weather and felt so tingly and invigorated after I just had to give myself some extra love, release and release is a beautiful feeling. Happy December;)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while!
