A little talking’- a lotta loving

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. I took some time away from the cold, dreary Canadian winter recently and spent a month down in Baja, California Sur. This place is magical!
