I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! This is the last video we made before we broke up. I am so excited to share this! For people who watch my videos, you know that the content I post has been almost always entirely solo for the last year or so.
