We are in deep wintering up here in Canada, but the two of us are about to set off on different adventures for a month down south so we are savouring every bit of each other before we have to be parted for a little while. It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while!
