Frostberry promised JePenne a nice evening ride, (to catch up on missed squats) but when the time came, Frostberry kept sucking! Knowing this would drastically reduce how long he could last, JePenne gently reminds her of her plan to get that little butt moving. ❤️

Frostberry made a new year's resolution to "git fit" and work out almost every day of the year. It is hard work, and she sometimes struggle to get started. It was late evening, and I had just gotten out of the shower and lay in bed to fully dry off.
