i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. I took some time away from the cold, dreary Canadian winter recently and spent a month down in Baja, California Sur. This place is magical!
