I went on a long run in the chilly weather and felt so tingly and invigorated after I just had to give myself some extra love, release and release is a beautiful feeling. Happy December;)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! If you notice me looking over my shoulder a lot it’s because my boss is in my eyeline. But maybe getting caught makes it all so much hotter though, right?

I went on a long walk and got caught in the pouring rain, I went inside, still soaked and decided to get even more wet

it was my birthday on sunday, and though I did have extremely hot birthday sex with my lover off camera I thought i'd share a little self love I gave myself, since after all, through all our years the best and most important relationship we cultivate if the one with ourself. i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. I've been noticing how sexy I feel while im doing yoga, how connected with myself I feel. I start with some deep stretching and breathing, then move onto to some deep, messy pleasure. Hope everyone is finding new and beautiful ways to connect with their bodies.
