I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately because I’ve been working out in the bush in Canada :) I had a rare moment alone last week and got to give myself some loving. Raw and real as always. X

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! I’ve had quite an intense week this week. I got in a car accident and have been trying to recalibrate and recuperate for the last 4 days. It’s my birthday today :) I’m in beautiful Baja California Sur, one of my favourite places on earth with two of my favourite people, maplesyrup and her cutie! They went surfing and I suddenly felt super turned on and the light was beautiful and perfect. Let’s celebrate my birthday together :)
