I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately because I’ve been working out in the bush in Canada :) I had a rare moment alone last week and got to give myself some loving. Raw and real as always. X

I went on a long run in the chilly weather and felt so tingly and invigorated after I just had to give myself some extra love, release and release is a beautiful feeling. Happy December;)

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! I had a date tonight! But! Sadly! They cancelled on me. So I decided to come home with my dolled up face and horny attitude and get myself off anyway. It became a you and me date ;) not so bad

I filmed this before Christmas. After a swim in the ocean and sauna I felt super relaxed and contemplative on the rainy day it was. It was pretty wet outside… but I got wetter ;)
