I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately because I’ve been working out in the bush in Canada :) I had a rare moment alone last week and got to give myself some loving. Raw and real as always. X

So you guys, not gonna lie- I'm stressed. There's a lot changing in my life right now and sometimes like any human the pressure gets to me! So I decided to try and relax and unwind with some me time and self love. This one is a real wet one ;) sometimes in intense times in life we can forget how to appreciate ourselves and our beautiful vessels. This is me, reconnecting with myself and my body and letting go. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! If you notice me looking over my shoulder a lot it’s because my boss is in my eyeline. But maybe getting caught makes it all so much hotter though, right?

We’ve both been busy lately getting stuff done before we go to Europe next month, but yesterday we both decided to play hooky and had a relaxing day making love and eating food and going on walks. It you’re feeling over worked lately take this as your sign to take a load off ;)
