The one after yoga

Nearing the end of my European holiday, I had a rare night in my own hotel room and couldn't wait to get loud as I brought myself over the edge.

After wearing these jeans pretty tight all day, I was feeling a bit hot and bothered when I got home. I spend some time releasing the tension – with a few interruptions like my laptop running out of battery... I'm hypermobile so you might hear my hips popping too!
