I am currently the second heaviest I’ve been in my life. I have stretch marks, cellulite, and fat rolls. I have always struggled with my weight because of depression and stress eating. I’ve never had the time in life to effectively deal with my emotions and the struggles I’ve been through, so unhealthy foods have always been a quick fix to distract me from what’s real so that I can move forward with life at the speed in which others have always expected of me.
