Gentle start with a banging ending

It was deep winter in northern Sweden, and sunlight in short supply. The best place to suck it up was our bedroom. Frostberry made a new year's resolution to "git fit" and work out almost every day of the year. It is hard work, and she sometimes struggle to get started.
