I needed a pick-me-up as I was feeling sore and emotional being in my luteal phase. So I had a little 420 and got creative with my partner's gaming chair. I started off very gentle but by the end, I needed to stretch out my hamstrings ;)

On a recent work trip, I had a relaxing swim and a cheeky play in the spa before heading back to my room for more fun.
