Relieve the pressure

i've been thinking a lot lately about sensual movement, how beautiful the body is when its flowing, swimming, dancing, doing yoga. I've been noticing how sexy I feel while im doing yoga, how connected with myself I feel. I start with some deep stretching and breathing, then move onto to some deep, messy pleasure. I’ve been camping for the last 3 months! It’s been such a beautiful time being out in nature this long. This is some self love captured in the meadow behind my camping spot. The morning light was streaming in and the birds were singing and it was all so perfect, I felt like a fairy in the forest! If you notice me looking over my shoulder a lot it’s because my boss is in my eyeline. But maybe getting caught makes it all so much hotter though, right?

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while!
