I went on a long walk and got caught in the pouring rain, I went inside, still soaked and decided to get even more wet

It’s raining on the west coast of Canada and has been for a few weeks now. I woke up early to watch the sun rise and began to realize how I feel a bit disconnected from my body lately. With the change in season here, and summer finally over the body starts to fee different. It feels a little less agile, a little more soft. And I also realized I hadn’t filmed in a while! So you guys, not gonna lie- I'm stressed. There's a lot changing in my life right now and sometimes like any human the pressure gets to me! So I decided to try and relax and unwind with some me time and self love.
