Go ahead! :) You'll feel less stressed, more relaxed, and the trash will be right there where you left it when you're done. The world won't END in the next 5 minutes if dinner is a little late. So, the next time you're going to put off caring for yourself because ______ needs _______... Make ME-TIME. Not excuses! Enjoy!
