This is a celebration of sorts. My health used to be a lot worse off that it is. I've lost almost 100 pounds 🏋🏾♀️🚴🏾🥋 and in so doing beat 🩸diabetes💉. Metformin is a distant memory! So when I say enjoy your self? I mean ENJOY. 🫵🏾🤨YOUR. SELF. If you take care of your body and it is still upright and functioning? Be 🥳thankful😌 and reward it for doing such good work! This is my reward: the confidence to sit and be JUST ME and feel as comfortable in my own skin whether or not people are watching me. And I know you're watching me... which makes this even better for me! Figured I'd get right to the edge and... well... you'll see. May your confidence feel as 😈🍆sexy🍆😈 as mine! ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!
The caregivers among us are under a lot of pressure to perform the care they need and still maintain care for themselves. Often they sacrifice the latter for the former, which leads to all sorts of health problems dealing with the stress. To the caregivers, I urge you to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES. I know it feels selfish sometimes and it may make you feel guilty but believe me: if you light yourself on fire to keep your family warm, all you'll get is BURNT OUT. Take time to slip away and do something to replenish yourself! Have a quick hot cup of tea... steal a moment to read a quick chapter of a book... or... 😈 slip away and have yourself a good time... It's OK! You're allowed! 🤓😄
