Insomnia is a pain in the ass. It's 3:17 am and you're awake for no good reason. You know you can't go back to sleep so you angrily start planning your day which is gonna start in a couple hours. I used to do that- NOW instead of lamenting my lack of sleep, I figure I may as well enjoy myself. Everyone else IS asleep, after all. We already know Me Time is important. But sometimes, it gets delayed. I hate it when you're in a session and then you hear a noise or someone knocks on the door.
