The caregivers among us are under a lot of pressure to perform the care they need and still maintain care for themselves. I know it feels selfish sometimes and it may make you feel guilty but believe me: if you light yourself on fire to keep your family warm, all you'll get is BURNT OUT. Take time to slip away and do something to replenish yourself! Have a quick hot cup of tea... steal a moment to read a quick chapter of a book... or... 😈 slip away and have yourself a good time... It's OK! You're allowed! 🤓😄

WFH lunch break coincides with the wife n kids running an errand. 🤔 Hmmm... instead of just a regular me time sesh, what can - ☝🏾😈 I GOT IT!
