Take time to slip away and do something to replenish yourself! Have a quick hot cup of tea... steal a moment to read a quick chapter of a book... or... 😈 slip away and have yourself a good time... It's OK! You're allowed! 🤓😄

This is a celebration of sorts. My health used to be a lot worse off that it is. I've lost almost 100 pounds 🏋🏾‍♀️🚴🏾🥋 and in so doing beat 🩸diabetes💉. Metformin is a distant memory!
