This is our first video. Well, the first video we are going to publicly share, that is. We have been married for 13 years, and we were both virgins when we got married. Sometimes you have the perfect trip planned out- a true romantic weekend getaway. It’s amazing how in an instant, all of that can go away with a handful of comments between the two of us. We were silent the entire drive there, silent checking into our hotel, silent at dinner, minus the handful of tears. So much for the perfect romantic weekend. But Lynn and I have been together for a very long time. 19 years. So we know how to talk things through. We forgave each other and made up. Then we MADE UP. Something about that perfect light in this fancy hotel, the amazing bed and two naked humans who are genuinely in love with each other made for a great love session. We don’t have that perfect rom-com love where there is no fighting or frustrations, but our love allows us to be imperfect and yet have moments where we are just there for each other, taking the time to enjoy one another in the best ways.
